Only use this page after I have been out to you and the work is finished. Choose the amount we agreed, or pay by bank transfer if you would rather.
I will never ring you and ask you to pay. You come to this page yourself, or I send you the link after a visit. If anyone telephones claiming to be from Samraat IT and asks for card details, it is not me — put the phone down and ring me on the number above.

Handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and are never seen or stored by me.

How I handle payment
The same commitments that apply to everything else I do.
- You only ever pay after the work is finished, never before.
- You are told the cost before I start, and nothing is added without your agreement.
- I never ask for card details over the telephone, and never take payment by phone.
- Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
- If I cannot resolve the problem, there is nothing to pay at all.
- A receipt follows by email for every payment, however you make it.
